I really have no words to say other than this is a frightening ad from Ireland.
It talks about the dangers of speeding. Speeding is an issue, but I’m just not sure this is necessarily the right way to show it. Or maybe it is. It has shock factor. It definitely made me think.
It shows a group of school kids out on a field trip. They’re having fun and exploring the woods, when they all sit down on a picnic blanket.
Simultaneously, you watch a story about a guy who is having a normal day. He grabs some coffee, eats a quick breakfast, and then heads to work in his car. Next thing you know, his car is on top of the little children.
It makes a statement that’s for sure.
